Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or accessing Quantum Guard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, school, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

Quantum Guard provides endpoint protection, digital focus tools, website filtering, application control, and multi-device administration for individuals, families, educational institutions, and organizations. We continually enhance and update our features, and services may be updated or modified periodically to reflect improvements and security advancements.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account, which may utilize third-party authentication such as Google Sign-In via Supabase authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Quantum Guard includes capabilities for administrators, parents, and designated controllers to enforce filtering, assign policies, and manage connected devices. Controllers are solely responsible for ensuring that their deployment and monitoring of devices comply with all applicable local privacy laws, workplace regulations, and parental consent requirements.

You agree not to misuse Quantum Guard services. Specifically, you will not:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with security or filtering mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our software
• Install the software on devices without legal authority or explicit user consent
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or interfere with network infrastructure
• Use the service in violation of any applicable national or international laws

Quantum Guard relies on secure cloud infrastructure, including Supabase, and integrations such as Google services. Your use of these integrated services may also be subject to the separate terms and conditions of those respective third-party providers.

Certain tiers and features of Quantum Guard are offered on a subscription basis. Applicable subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal; upon cancellation, you will retain access until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle.

All software, code, logos, visual interfaces, documentation, and materials comprising Quantum Guard are the intellectual property of Quantum Guard. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software strictly for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or device access immediately if you violate these Terms, breach security policies, or engage in fraudulent activities. You may terminate your account at any time by stopping your service use or submitting an account closure request.

Quantum Guard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
